Take the train to Kvitfjell
This winter, you can take the train to Kvitfjell station and slide straight out on skis. Take the lift straight from the station and up to the mountains, or use the shuttle bus on weekends!
From city to mountain - easy
You can travel by train to Kvitfjell with all northbound and southbound routes that go towards Trondheim / Oslo. On weekends, you can take a bus from the station to Gudbrandsgard or Skitorget.

Practical info - Kvitfjell station
Kvitfjell station is located at the finish area in Kvitfjell, right by boarding Olympic Express. The train only stops if you have booked a ticket to or from Kvitfjell.
From the station, you can take the elevator to Mellomstasjonen and Gudbrandsgard Hotel. Here you can also pick up lift passes. To get back to the station, it is possible to ski in Nedre Olympiabakke (black trail) during the facility's opening hours. You can also take the lift during the lift's opening hours. Transfer bus to/from Kvitfjell station
On some departures/arrivals, we have set up a transfer bus from Kvitfjell station and up into the mountains. The bus goes to the mountains on Thursday and Friday (at 1850), and from Sunday (at 11.45 and 16.50) You can search for timetables on Entur.
