Welcome to Varden 291! Varden is Kvitfjell´s most family-friendly mountain side with wide green and blue slopes, making it perfect for the whole family and for those who love large carving turns. It is close to both alpine and cross-country skiing. At the top of Varden, you will find Varden Restaurant, and with the gondola that goes over to the west side, you are also close to ski rental, a sports shop, grocery/deli, several restaurants, and après-ski.
In summer, we have great hiking and biking opportunities. Within a half-hour drive, you can reach several attractions such as Hunderfossen in the south and Fron Water Park in the north. It is also a short distance to small, charming centers like Fåvang and the village of Ringebu.
Varden 291 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In the kitchen, you will find a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The dining room has seating for 12 people, perfect for enjoyable meals together.
After a day of activities, you can relax in the living room equipped with a sofa, TV, loft, and a warm fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings in front of the flames. There is a separate TV room on the loft. ¨
