Junior Ski Patrol
Bring the kids on a mission in the mountain
Do you want the coolest job in the world? Then we have a mission for you!
All children aged 4-12 can join the Junior Ski Patrol – the job with no responsibilities but lots of perks.
The Junior Ski Patrol is Kvitfjell’s very own team of helpers who keep an eye on the ski resort. As a member, you help ensure Kvitfjell remains a safe ski resort and that all guests have a perfect day on the slopes. You check the trails and receive ski patrol equipment. Another important task is taking care of nature by picking up litter and keeping everything in order.
Note: Kvitfjell does not provide staff for this activity – it is a family activity under parental supervision.
The Junior Ski Patrol is our team of helpers, and we hope to see you often this winter wearing the cool ski patrol vest!
Program:
10:00 – 15:00 every Thursday and Sunday
10:00 – 11:00: Meet at the sports shop on the east side to collect a walkie-talkie, bib, mission instructions, and a map.
11:00 – 15:00: Mission time!
15:00: Free hot chocolate at Mett (must be wearing the bib), plus sticker and diploma distribution.
Equipment & Uniform:
Children patrol the resort in uniform at their own (parents) responsibility and can communicate with other Junior Ski Patrollers via "bråkie talkies."
All Junior Ski Patrol members must wear a helmet.
Uniforms and equipment can be picked up and returned at our sports shop on the east side.
