Welcome to Varden 48! Varden is Kvitfjell's most family-friendly mountain area with wide green and blue slopes, making it perfect for the whole family and for those who love big carving turns. It is close to both alpine skiing and cross-country skiing.
At the top of Varden, you will find the Varden Restaurant, and with the gondola that goes to the west side, you are also close to ski rental, a sports shop, grocery/deli, several restaurants, and après-ski options.
In summer, we offer great hiking and biking opportunities. Within a half-hour drive, you can reach several attractions such as Hunderfossen in the south and Fron Water Park in the north. There is also easy access to charming small towns like Fåvang and the village of Ringebu.
Varden 48 offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. In the kitchen, you will find a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and a French press for coffee.
Dining area for 10 people, perfect for enjoying meals together.
After a day of activities, you can relax in the living room, which is equipped with a sofa, TV, and fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings together.
