BUYING AND COLLECTING YOUR LIFT TICKET

Lift-passes for Kvitfjell Ski Resort can easily be purchased online before you arrive as well as in resort via our ticket machines, or at the ticket office located at the base of the mountain.  

Buying your lift-pass:

There are now even more quick and easy ways to buy your lift-pass!

Through our website:

The easiest way to purchase your lift-pass for Kvitfjell Ski Resort ! You will be offered two options for the purchase of your new lift-pass.

Purchasing a lift ticket (including the new Axess-card

This option is for those who do not yet have an Axess-card (price kr 75,-). Select the type and number of lift-tickets you would like, as well as the correct age group for each person, and the date you wish to use them on. Thereafter: select "include Axess-card" as well as the number of card you require. Proceed to the checkout, ensuring you have chosen the correct product and quantity before completing your order. 

Remember to bring your booking confirmation with the unique QR-code with you when collecting your lift tickets.

Refilling an existing Axess-card:

This option is for those who already own an Axess-card. When purchasing online, choose the type and number of lift-passes you require, as well as the correct age group for each person, and the date you wish to use them on.

Thereafter: select ''refill Axess-card''. Refill your existing Axess-card by entering the name of the card holder as well as the serial (wtp) number into the fields provided. (The picture below shows the location of the wtp number on the back of the card)
 

Proceed to the checkout, ensuring you have chosen the correct product and quantity before completing your order.

Using the Hafjell Kvitfjell App: downloadable from the App Store or Google play Store

This is also one of the quickest and easiest ways to buy your lift-passes, buy a new card or refill an existing one! To begin, click on the lift-pass symbol at the bottom left hand corner of the app, choose Hafjell and the type of lift-pass you require.  Select the date the lift-pass is to be used on, and the number of passes required,by clicking the plus button, and continue to checkout. If you wish to refill an existing Axess-card select ''refill card with chip ID.''  Type in the card/wtp number located on the back of the card/cards you wish to refill and proceed to check out to complete you order.  

Via the Ticket machines.

The ticket machines is located at the ticket office at Mellomstasjonen at Kvitfjell Øst (Middlestation at Kvitfjell East) and at Skitorget on Kvitfjell Vest (Skitorget at Kvitfjell West). The ticket machines offer the same choice of lift-passes as found online and in the app.  You also have the option to buy a new Axess-card or refill an existing one.

Collecting your lift-passes:

Those who have refilled their existing Axess-cards can head straight to the lifts. If you have purchased a new Axess card there are two ways to collect your lift-pass.

From the ticket machine:

The easiest way to collect tickets bought online or via the Hafjell Kvitfjell app is from one of the ticket machines. Simply scan the QR code you received with the confirmation of your online booking, or via the app,  and follow the instruction on the ticket machine.
 
The QR code in the app is found by pressing the lift-pass symbol at the bottom left hand side of the app and selecting ''my lift-passes" or at the confirmation E-mail you got when ordering your lift pass.

From the ticket office:

Tickets which have been ordered online or via the Hafjell Kvitfjell app can also be collected at the ticket office located at the bottom of the slopes.
